Made by Domaine des Pothiers (AOC Cote Roannaise, legally part of Loire but geographically next to Beaujolais), but the fruit this vintage comes from AOC Cotes du Forez, just south of Roannaise. Organic farming, native yeast ferment, all concrete vinification. Unfiltered/unfined.
