The grapes are harvested by hand, mostly destemmed and ferment naturally in glass-lined cement tanks without any additives (yeast, enzymes, vitamins, tartric acid, etc.), nano-technological manipulation or temperature shock. The wine ages for twelve to eighteen months in a combination of barrels (never new) and cuvees.
James Suckling 92 Earthy on the nose with notes of fruitiness. Hints of red fruit and mushrooms on the palate. Balanced with excellent structure. Pairs well with beef, lamb, game, and poultry.
