Blend: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon Soil Type: gravel and limestone Vineyard area: 46 ha All work done to ensure good distribution and aeration of the grapes (de-budding, clipping, and thinning out of leaves). Hand-picked harvest, followed by a manual sorting on clusters and berries. Vatting without pressing, follow by pre-fermentary cold maceration with a long vatting period and racks and returns. Aged in barrel for 15 months in 35% new oak.
