100% Semillon Château Biac is the home of Tony and Youmna Asseily and their three children: Yasmina, Gabriel, and Antonia. Together the family refurbished the 9.7-hectare estate in 2006. Christine Sourdes is in charge of the small production sweet wine, which was harvested beginning September 20 and finishing October 5th. Residual sugar is 140gr/l and the wine spends 16 months aging in French oak barrels.
