A dry amber colored wine that gets it's color from 2 weeks of skins contact during fermentation in qvevri. Made from the Khikhvi grape, from 45 year old vines. Notes of yellow plum, apricot and lemon and tea-like tannins.
Organically grown from 45 year-old un-grafted vines, hand-harvested, de-stemmed by hand, spontaneously fermented using indigenous yeasts in underground amphora (called "qveri" in Georgia), bottled un-fined, and unfiltered.
